• The Best College Hoops Games On Hump Day

The 2011 – 12 college basketball betting season is in the midst of its sixth week, and already, there is plenty to talk about. This past weekend, a brawl erupted in the Xavier v Cincinnati basketball game, showing that despite the earliness to the season, the stakes are always high in every game. Hoping for more excellent bookie software action, we will be looking at a couple of marquee matchups for tonight’s college hoops action.

Eastern Washington v UCLA – The Bruins were expected to contend for the Pac 12 title this season, en route to their first berth in the March Madness tournament in nearly three years. However, UCLA has got off to a slow start, as they currently sit at three wins and five losses through eight games this season. Meaning to say, tonight they face Eastern Washington, a team who in any other year, the bookies would have had UCLA destroying, but this year are 10 point favorites against the Bruins. Regardless, this is a Bruins team that is greatly under achieving. Since this is the case, we expect point guard Lazeric Jones and forward Reeves Nelson to dominate against a poor East Washington defense and cruise to a victory.

Texas El Paso Miners v UNLV Rebels – Count us amongst the few NBA enthusiasts who believe that the UNLV Rebels have dark horse potential for the 2011 – 12 NCAAB season. After decimating the North Carolina Tar Heels two weeks ago, the Rebels enter tonight’s game as a 12 point favorite over the Texas El Paso Miners. The Rebels are coming off a loss to the Wisconsin Badgers, but are playing a Miners team that by all accounts does not deserve to be in this game. Look for the Rebels to once again use the three ball to light up an opponent.
